Manager – Hard Services

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic oversight of hard services operations, maintenance, and infrastructure projectsLead and manage large multidisciplinary teams of engineers, supervisors, and techniciansPlan and execute preventive maintenance programs for MEP systems and civil worksOversee maintenance contracts and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIsManage budgets, resources, manpower, and equipment efficientlyAct as a technical authority for diagnosing and resolving complex issuesImplement energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility consumptionEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsCollaborate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomesPrepare accurate technical and operational reportsIdentify and mitigate operational and technical risksRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringProfessional certifications in Facility Management or Project Management (preferred)Experience & SkillsMinimum 12 years of experience in hard services / facilities managementProven experience managing large facilities or complex FM projectsStrong leadership experience managing large technical teamsIn-depth knowledge of MEP systems, civil works, and maintenance best practicesStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience in project estimation and proposal writingSpecial ConditionsFlexibility for on-call duties during emergenciesAbility to work across construction sites and operational facilities
