Manager – Health Sector (Digital / Strategy)Independent consulting and technology advisory firm with a strong presence across Europe and the UKI am currently partnered with a leading global technology consultancy as they continue their growth journey in the UK. The organisation is known for combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, working closely with public sector bodies to modernise services, improve outcomes and deliver sustainable change.They are now looking for a Manager to join a growing and very entrepreneurial healthcare consulting team.The role will involve supporting and delivering high-impact programmes across the NHS and wider UK health system, spanning strategy through to implementation. Engagements have a strong focus on technology-enabled change, including digital platforms, data and emerging AI-driven solutions.What You’ll DoSupport the delivery of complex health sector engagementsWork as part of multi-disciplinary teams across strategy and deliveryEngage with client stakeholders and contribute to strong client relationshipOwn workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs to time and qualitySupport business development through proposals and insight generationContribute to team culture and support the development of junior colleaguesAbout You6+ years’ experience in NHS or health sector consulting and/or operational rolesExperience working on complex programmes or transformation initiativesComfortable working with clients and senior stakeholders in delivery settingsStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skillsExperience in one or more of:Operational or performance improvementProgramme or workstream deliveryDigital or technology-enabled transformation (EPR, AI, Microsoft, data)Finance, cost improvement or value optimisationIf you believe you are a good fit please apply or reach out to me directly at elliott.sadgrove@alvariumtalent.com
