You'll shape how the organization plans its people, from headcount and structure to career paths and Emiratization.What you'll do:Lead workforce planning and forecast future staffing needsDevelop and update the organizational structure and job classification systemDrive Emiratization initiatives and set annual talent targetsBuild succession plans and career path frameworksAnalyze labour market trends to guide hiring and development strategyManage the annual headcount budget and track approved vs. vacant positionsWhat you need:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field7+ years of relevant HR experienceStrong analytical skills and ability to work with workforce dataStrong communication skills in English and Arabic
