Guests can also enjoy water sports, with a private jetty offering shuttle boat transfers to and from the mainland of Dubai.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Capital Manager to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:Lead and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and organizational growth.Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development.Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement, relations, and conflict resolution initiatives.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while overseeing compensation, benefits, and HR procedures.Analyze HR metrics and provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to drive effective people management and operational excellence.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.6 to 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar role.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
