We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as Manager – Human Resources at LOLC Finance PLC.Key Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with organizational objectives.Manage and strengthen employee and industrial relations across the organization.Lead talent acquisition activities in line with approved cadre requirements.Drive succession planning initiatives to build a sustainable talent pipeline.Spearhead projects related to resource optimization and organizational effectiveness.Effectively manage complex stakeholder expectations while delivering results within demanding timelines.Represent the organization at Labour Tribunals, domestic inquiries, and internal/external audits.Undertake branch visits as and when required to support business operations and people initiatives.Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.Ideal Candidate Profile:MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.Proven professional track record in Human Resource Management.Minimum 10 years of hands-on HR experience, with strong exposure to Business Partnering and Industrial Relations.Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing teams.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.Prior experience in the financial services industry will be a distinct advantage.Ability to converse in Tamil will be considered an added advantage.If you are a strategic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a significant impact, we would love to hear from you.
