Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly capable Manager – Human Resources to lead Eyepax’s Human Resources function and drive the organization’s people strategy.The HR Manager will work closely with senior leadership and business functions to build a high-performance, accountable, and people-focused organization. The role will oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development.The successful candidate will combine strategic HR leadership with strong operational execution, data-driven decision-making, excellent people management capabilities, and a sound understanding of software consulting and IT services organizations.HR STRATEGY & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENTDevelop and execute the HR strategy aligned with Eyepax’s business objectives, growth plans, and organizational priorities.Partner with senior leadership to translate business requirements into effective people and workforce strategies.Assess organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, and capabilities and recommend improvements to support performance and scalability.Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.Develop and continuously improve HR policies, frameworks, processes, and governance based on business requirements, employee feedback, HR data, and industry best practices. TALENT ACQUISITION & WORKFORCE PLANNINGLead talent acquisition and ensure timely recruitment of high-quality talent across technical, management, and corporate functions.Establish effective workforce planning, resource forecasting, succession planning, and talent pipelines.Monitor recruitment performance, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, recruitment costs, and offer acceptance.Strengthen Eyepax’s employer brand and develop effective channels for attracting experienced professionals and emerging talent. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENTOwn and continuously improve the organization’s performance management framework.Ensure employees have clear objectives, responsibilities, expectations, and measurable outcomes aligned with business goals.Ensure performance reviews, feedback cycles, promotions, salary reviews, and performance improvement processes are conducted consistently, objectively, and on time.Partner with managers to identify and address employee performance issues effectively.Identify organizational skill gaps and establish appropriate learning, coaching, mentoring, and development programs. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT, RETENTION & CULTUREDevelop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, motivation, and organizational culture.Build a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, collaboration, professional development, and high performance.Monitor employee satisfaction, engagement, attrition, and retention trends and implement measurable improvement initiatives.Establish effective employee feedback mechanisms and ensure concerns are addressed appropriately.Support managers in handling employee relations matters professionally, consistently, and fairly.Promote effective communication and transparency across the organization. HR OPERATIONS, GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCELead day-to-day HR operations and ensure HR services are delivered accurately, professionally, and on time.Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, company policies, and HR governance requirements.Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, contracts, policies, and HR information.Continuously improve HR policies, procedures, controls, and operating practices.Ensure onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations, transfers, promotions, disciplinary processes, and exits are managed effectively.Proactively identify and manage HR-related organizational, legal, compliance, and employee-relations risks. HR ANALYTICS & DATA-DRIVEN MANAGEMENTMonitor HR KPIs covering recruitment, retention, attrition, performance, engagement, workforce capacity, and learning and development.Provide senior leadership with timely insights into workforce trends, risks, organizational capability, and HR performance.Use HR analytics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.Establish measurable targets for key HR initiatives and assess their effectiveness and business impact. HR TEAM LEADERSHIPLead, coach, mentor, and develop the HR team with clear responsibilities, expectations, and measurable objectives.Establish accountability and ensure commitments and agreed timelines are consistently met.Develop team capabilities in modern HR practices, analytics, technology, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development.Foster a culture of ownership, professionalism, continuous improvement, and high-quality service. Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in an HR managerial or leadership role.Minimum 3 years of HR experience within IT services, IT consulting, software development, or the technology industry.Strong understanding of HR strategy, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational development.Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR governance, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.Demonstrated experience building, managing, and developing effective HR teams.Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leadership, managers, and employees.Experience developing and implementing HR policies, frameworks, processes, and organizational improvement initiatives.Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, analytical, and business capabilities.Experience using HRIS, recruitment, performance management, learning management, and other HR technology platforms. Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline would be an advantage.Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or an equivalent recognized qualification.Experience within a software consulting or IT services organization serving international clients.Experience managing HR across distributed or geographically diverse teams.Experience supporting organizational growth, restructuring, transformation, or significant change.Exposure to HR analytics, automation, AI-enabled HR tools, and modern HR technology.
