Position - Senior Consultant / Manager in CRM Transformation.Location - Dubai.Summary:As a Senior Consultant / Manager in CRM Transformation, you will work with our clients across theMiddle East to shape the digital transformation of sales and customer management, designingfuture-ready, integrated customer engagement solutions.• Lead or co-lead innovative strategy and transformation projects, shaping digital roadmaps in CustomerRelationship Management (CRM), Sales & Marketing, with a focus on Salesforce and MicrosoftDynamics.• Define and implement CRM strategies and digital customer journeys, closely aligning businessrequirements with the chosen CRM platform.• Design and introduce future-ready concepts in Digital Sales, Digital Marketing, and CustomerExperience.• Manage regional and international rollouts of new CRM solutions, and enable users on new processesand tools.
