If you want to join a team that takes themselves just seriously enough to produce great work, we’d love to welcome you.As we continue to grow, both geographically and in our expertise, we are looking for people who want to join a high-growth and highly collaborative company.Manager, Insights (Qualitative) – About this roleWorking closely with the Senior Management on their team, we are looking for a team member at the Manager level to provide essential support to their team to help execute and deliver client projects. The Manager would have 3+ years experience in a research role and will be responsible for project management, developing the research tools (screener and guide) and report, including strategic insights/research findings to their Director and VP. The ideal candidate has demonstrated their research skills and knowledge in their previous role(s). They can be relied on for project updates, recommendations on additional analysis required, working with other Dig team members to develop solutions to any project related problems and troubleshoot any issues that arise. In addition to growing their fundamental skill set as a researcher, the Manager is encouraged to take part in our company’s exciting culture and enjoy this dynamic stage in their career.Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Executing all aspects of a qualitative research project from start to finish. This includes project design, developing screeners and guides, overseeing screener and online research programming and testing, facilitation of qualitative research, monitoring fieldwork and data collection, performing analysis, and writing reports.Moderating one-on-one interviews.Overseeing project management and ensuring timely, quality deliverables according to project design.Performing secondary research to support primary research-based implications.Managing field suppliers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.Contributing to client meetings as an active participant in delivering superior client service.Act as contact in support of Senior Management.Experience, Skills and Requirements:3+ years of direct and relevant experience.University Degree and/or Post-Graduate Certificate in a relevant field (Market Research, Business Insights, Marketing, Social Sciences or other).Solid English communication skills, both written and oral are required (French skills/ other languages are a plus!).Moderation experience is an asset.Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite are required.Able to work within a fast-paced dynamic environment.Ability to meet tight deadlines, while maintaining close attention to detail.Ability to work independently and with a team.Entrepreneurial, proactive, and solutions-oriented.Enjoys having conversations with others, naturally inquisitive and curious.Work Perks:A hybrid-remote work environment, where employees have the flexibility to work remotely or from one of our officesUnlimited vacation policyReimbursement for health and wellness classes/memberships and continuous learningRRSP / 401K employer matching programOffices in Toronto and Chicago, located steps to public transportation in the downtown coreRegular social events such as charity poker nights, trivia events, team building days, and more!To find out more about us visit us at www.diginsights.com.Our culture is built on 5 core values: Energy, Excellence, Evolution, Equality and Empathy.
