Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the roleOwn the execution of Exicom’s export business — from confirmed order to dispatch to collection — across EU, MENA, Southeast Asia and US markets. You will be the single operational point of contact for distributors and key accounts after an order is placed, and you will build the process as you run it.Key responsibilitiesOrder-to-cash executionOwn the export order book end to end with help of functional teams: PI issuance, order acceptance, production slotting with the plant, dispatch planning, invoicing and collection follow-upHold the dispatch calendar and play a crucial role in sequencing when capacity, components or container space are constrainedAct as the operational point of contact for distributors and key accounts post-order — acknowledgements, status, ETAs and exceptionsRun order acceptance as a checkpoint: pricing approvals, Incoterm and payment-term compliance, certification and documentation prerequisites confirmed before an order enters the planMaintain a rolling market-wise demand forecast and represent the export order book in S&OPOversee export documentation and LC transactions — ensure document sets are presented to the bank discrepancy-free and within shipment and expiry windows, and manage amendments, ECGC declarations, eBRC closure and incentive claimsProcess and systemsCodify how the export desk runs: SOPs, order checklists, document templates, escalation matrices, and market-wise Incoterm and payment-term playbooksMake the CRM the system of record for the export order pipeline and drive its use in daily workflowPublish a weekly export operations dashboard covering order book, dispatch adherence, receivables ageing and exceptionsWhat we are looking for6–9 years in export order management, international sales operations, or supply chain–commercial interface roles at a manufacturer of technical or engineered productsHands-on experience with LC transactions and Incoterms — you have handled a discrepancy yourself, and can explain what changes commercially between a CIP and a DDP shipmentExperience supporting distributor-led international salesStrong systems discipline — CRM and ERP native, advanced ExcelAble to work across plant, finance, logistics and sales without formal authorityGood to have: background in EV charging, power electronics, solar or energy storage; experience setting up an operations function from scratch; exposure to EU or US market entry.
