Role: Manager Lean PortfolioLocation: Dubai (Will move to Abu Dhabi soon)PureCS | Strategy & Portfolio PureCS is the digital and technology arm of PureHealth, responsible for driving enterprise‑wide delivery excellence, portfolio governance, and strategic alignment across major programs and projects. We are looking for a Manager, Lean Portfolio Management to help operationalize our Lean Portfolio framework across the PureCS delivery estate.Role OverviewThis role brings the Lean Portfolio Management framework to life, ensuring it is applied consistently, understood by delivery teams, and continuously improved. You will work closely with vertical heads, delivery leads, and program/project managers to run portfolio cadence, support governance, and maintain high‑quality portfolio data.Key ResponsibilitiesRoll out and embed the Lean Portfolio Management framework across programs and projects.Act as the link between portfolio leadership and the wider delivery community.Run portfolio operations including intake, stage reviews, governance calendar, and portfolio meetings.Ensure initiatives are structured correctly in the platform with clear value drivers.Prepare governance packs and represent the portfolio when required.Support program resets by reviewing scope, funding, and delivery issues.Required Experience & Qualifications7+ years across project delivery, program management, and portfolio work.Strong capability in plans, financials, dependencies, and reporting.Excellent verbal communication and ability to influence delivery teams.Healthcare or large enterprise experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree required; MENA/GCC experience preferred.Core CompetenciesPractical, logical, organised, and persistent.Able to connect the dots and challenge assumptions.Credible with delivery managers and comfortable working through influence.A doer who can take something half‑built and finish it.Why Join PureCS?Work at the center of PureHealth’s digital transformation ecosystem.Influence portfolio operations across national‑scale programs.Collaborate with senior leaders, delivery heads, and strategy teams.Be part of a fast‑moving, impact‑driven environment shaping UAE healthcare.Equal Opportunity StatementPureHealth is an equal opportunity employer.
