Manager - Leasing planning and performance

We're looking for a data-driven and analytical professional to support leasing performance through financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.4-8 years of experience in real estate analysis, asset management, leasing, or commercial planning.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, with strong PowerPoint presentation skills.Experience using leasing or property management systems/software.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.Key Skills:Financial analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting.Performance reporting, data visualization, and dashboard preparation.Leasing performance tracking and business insights.Cross-functional stakeholder coordination.Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
