Manager - Legal & Compliance

We are seeking a seasoned legal and compliance senior professional for an investment firm based in DIFC. This role requires deep regulatory expertise, legal acumen, and capability to oversee compliance and legal matters across the business.Key Qualifications:5+ years of legal and compliance experience within an asset management/ private equity/ investment firmStrong DFSA/ ADGM experience highly preferredSolid understanding of fund regimes in UAE and internationallyDeep knowledge of DFSA Compliance regulationsProven legal experience and drafting/negotiating: Fund offering documents, IMAs, custody/admin agreementsCorporate legal documentations (SPA/SHA, JV agreements, employment contracts)Strong command of corporate governance including board resolutions, minutes, and regulatory filingsWe are looking forward to hear from you
