Manager – LegalUB Finance PLC - Head Office Job ProfileProvide strategic legal leadership and advise the Executive Management on critical legal and business matters.Safeguard the Company’s legal and commercial interests through effective contract drafting, review and negotiation.Lead complex litigation and recovery matters, including debt recovery, mortgages, property, leasing and hire purchase.Oversee conveyancing, notarial and regulatory matters with a strong focus on compliance and risk mitigation.Manage legal risks, disputes and external counsel to ensure timely and commercially sound resolutions.Strengthen legal governance and compliance frameworks by monitoring regulatory developments and advising management on necessary actions.Candidate ProfileAttorney-at-Law & Notary Public with Minimum 15 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in Banking & FinanceStrong expertise in banking laws, civil litigation, debt recovery, leasing, hire purchase and mortgage matters.Proven experience in conveyancing, notarial work, contracts, corporate governance and legal risk management.Interested candidates are invited to apply for the position via linkedin easy apply or email your CVs to careers@ubf.lk
