We’re looking for a Manager – Loyalty Program Analytics to support analytics for Landmark Group’s loyalty ecosystem and help convert loyalty data into actionable customer-growth opportunities. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with customer, transaction, engagement, and campaign data to identify opportunities to improve member acquisition, activation, retention, frequency, customer value, and personalized engagement across brands and channels.Loyalty Performance & Member Growth – What do the data and trends tell us about acquisition, activation, retention, and value growth?Customer Engagement & Personalization – Which customer segments, journeys, offers, and communications are performing well, and where can we improve?Member Economics – How are frequency, spend, margin, redemption behavior, points usage, and customer lifetime value changing over time?Omnichannel Loyalty Insights – How do store, app, web, CRM, and partner interactions contribute to loyalty engagement and customer behavior?You’ll partner with loyalty, CRM, marketing, digital, brand, finance, and technology teams to build analyses, dashboards, measurement frameworks, and recommendations that support better loyalty decisions and measurable business impact.What You Will Be Doing?Manage loyalty analytics workstreams across Shukran and Landmark Group brands, covering member acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, frequency, spend, customer lifetime value, and churn.Develop customer segmentation, cohort analysis, propensity models, campaign measurement, and performance deep dives to support personalization and CRM effectiveness.Build and maintain loyalty performance dashboards and scorecards, including member health, incremental revenue, margin impact, redemption behavior, points liability, tier performance campaign ROI, and lifecycle movement.Translate loyalty data into clear insights and practical recommendations for offers, journeys, rewards, partnerships, tiers, and retention interventions.Work with business, product, CRM, martech, and data engineering teams to operationalize analytics through dashboards, campaign triggers, experiments, and decision-support tools.Support test-and-learn programs, including A/B testing, holdout measurement, incrementality analysis, and post-campaign deep dives to understand what drives customer behavior change.Prepare clear insight stories and stakeholder-ready recommendations that connect loyalty performance to sales, margin, customer value, and brand growth.Identify practical opportunities to use AI and automation to improve analytics efficiency, customer targeting, and loyalty customer experience.What We Are Looking For?6-9 years of experience in customer analytics, loyalty analytics, CRM analytics, marketing analytics, or retail/consumer analytics, preferably in an omnichannel environment.Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics, customer lifecycle management, segmentation, personalization, campaign measurement, and customer value management.Hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as regression, forecasting, clustering, cohort analysis, market basket analysis, propensity modeling, uplift modeling, churn prediction, and optimization.Ability to define business KPIs and convert them into clear measurement frameworks covering incremental sales, margin, engagement, retention, redemption, points liability, and ROI.Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence loyalty, CRM, marketing, digital, finance, and brand leadership through insight-led recommendations.Innovation mindset, structured problem-solving approach, and ability to translate ambiguous business questions into scalable analytical products and decision frameworks.Proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud analytics platforms, and visualization tools; Azure experience will be an advantage.Experience with CRM, CDP, or marketing automation platforms such as Bloomreach, Braze, MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools is a strong plus.Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex customer insights into clear executive narratives and business actions.A bachelors or master’s degree in a quantitative field, statistics, economics, engineering, computer science, or an MBA from a reputed institute is preferred.About us - CSi - One Team, One Promise, One Identity.In a world driven by data, strategy and intelligence belong together, our new identity represents the bridge between understanding our customers and delivering for them.
