Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead our Margin & Cost Assurance efforts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to enhance our margin performance and cost efficiency. They will work closely with various teams to implement a comprehensive M&CA framework, ensuring alignment with our business and consumer portfolios, as well as non-telecom core products and services.Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive Margin & Cost Assurance (M&CA) policy and control framework. Monitor and optimize margins across Business, Consumer, and non-Telecom-core portfolios. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address margin and cost-related issues. Conduct regular margin and cost analyses, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in margin management. Develop and maintain robust reporting and analytics capabilities for margin and cost data. Identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost reduction, driving continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance margin and cost strategies. Lead and mentor a team of M&CA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering 6+ years in Telecom and/or Data Analytics Strong English spoken and written. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience in Telecom industry. Technical background with solid knowledge in data analytics and SQL. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI. Understanding of Revenue Assurance and/or Fraud Management principles, frameworks, and best practices is a plus. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
