We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented team member to join our dynamic radiopharmaceutical company. The Manager or Materials and Logistics will lead and develop a team of materials, and logistics personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ultimately ensure efficient procurement of supplies needed to for radiopharmaceutical production and timely packaging, shipment, and delivery of our radiopharmaceutical isotope products. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory planning and control, procurement support, supplier coordination, receipt and storage of materials, shipping and transportation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organization skills, supply chain expertise, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance within the radiopharmaceutical industry. You will be part of a family, a team, dedicated to our mission to deliver on our covenant with our customers.RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, develop, and manage a team of materials and logistics personnel, providing guidance, training, andperformance evaluations. Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure a consistent and reliable supply ofraw materials, consumables, and equipment necessary for GMP radiopharmaceutical production. Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers, negotiate terms, and managecontracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Maintain prompt communications with customers and the sales team to communicate sales,logistics, successful delivery of final products, and billing. Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and proactively address potential disruptions inthe supply chain. Identify process improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and ensure timely deliveries Provide support for audits and inspections by maintaining proper documentation and procedures Implement and manage inventory management systems and practices using Priority ERP software to accurately track, organize,and optimize material stockpiles. Monitor logistics performance, resolve issues, and proactively address potential disruptions indeliveries. Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation to ensure accurate recordsand compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with transportation partners to optimize shipping methods, reduce lead times, andmanage transportation costs. Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and guidelines governing the procurement, handling,and transportation of radiopharmaceutical materials. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to materials, including certificatesof analysis, quality control reports, and compliance records. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, regulatoryaffairs, and finance, to ensure seamless material flow and operational efficiency.Education and Skills:Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related fieldProven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industryStrong knowledge of logistics software and toolsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsAttention to detail and commitment to accuracy and complianceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of regulatory requirements for shipping radiopharmaceutical products is a plusBenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package and advancement opportunity.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we are committed to a diverse workforce.
