Apollo Imperial Hospitals is looking for Manager - Medical Services (OPD)Key PointsLead OPD operations, ensure quality patient care, coordinate medical teams, optimize patient flow, manage staff performance, resolve service issues, and drive efficient, patient-focused healthcare delivery.Job Description / ResponsibilityManage and supervise the overall daily operations of the OPD.Ensure smooth patient registration, consultation, investigation, and follow-up services.Coordinate with consultants, physicians, nurses, medical officers, and support staff.Monitor patient flow and minimize waiting time.Ensure proper scheduling of doctors, clinics, and OPD services.Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and productivity.Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, safety standards, and applicable regulations.Coordinate with Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Billing, Emergency, and other relevant departments.Prepare and review OPD performance reports, service statistics, and operational data.Identify operational gaps and implement appropriate corrective and improvement measures.Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of patient information.Maintain a high standard of patient experience and customer service.Perform any other duties assigned by management.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)Experience Requirements5 to 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):HospitalJob LocationChattogram
