We focus on efficient, transparent, ethical, and compliant recovery processes that improve outcomes for lenders while respecting customers.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Manager – Non-South Collections Operations to oversee regional collection activities, manage team leaders, and drive recovery performance across teams and portfolios. The role involves performance monitoring, data analysis, process improvement, client coordination, operational issue resolution, compliance, reporting, and team development.Key Responsibilities & QualificationsManage regional collections operations, workload planning, team leaders, and overall performance.Monitor recovery targets and key metrics, analyse trends, identify risks, and implement improvement plans.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical collection practices.Prepare and review MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analyses using Excel, CRM, and collection management tools.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.Coach, motivate, and develop teams in a high-volume, target-driven environment.Contribute to regional planning and strategic decision-making.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in Operations or Risk Management are an advantage.Prior experience in collections, credit operations, or contact centre management, preferably in regional or multi-location leadership.Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.Comfortable working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating across regions and time zones.Apply NowInterested candidates can share their updated resume at hr.ops@repaio.com.Subject: Application – Manager, Non-South Collections Operations#Hiring #Collections #FintechJobs #OperationsManager #BengaluruJobs #RepaioTechnology
