Manager – NPD, Application & Product DevelopmentFruit Formulations Private Limited (FruitFM)Location: Jejuri, Pune | Full-time, on-siteReporting to: CEOHelp turn customer briefs into food products that perform well in applications and can be manufactured consistently.Responsibilities- Lead formulation and application development across fruit preparations, dairy, beverages and food ingredients.- Manage samples, plant trials, stability studies and commercialisation with Operations and Quality.- Translate customer requirements into clear product specifications and trial plans.- Maintain accurate formulation and development records.- Assess product costing, manufacturing feasibility and scale-up requirements.- Support customer applications and technical discussions, with visits as required.What we’re looking for- A qualification in Food Technology, Food Science or a relevant field.- 5–10 years of hands-on NPD or application development experience.- Practical experience in formulation, plant trials, scale-up and customer applications.- Clear communication, sound technical judgement and strong coordination skills.Apply through LinkedIn with your CV, highlighting relevant products and projects.
