This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI strategies and solutions that support the company’s training offerings and business objectives. The Manager of AI will oversee data-driven projects, manage AI and analytics initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into training programs and operational processes. Key day-to-day tasks include identifying AI opportunities, supervising model development and evaluation, ensuring data quality and governance, and presenting insights and recommendations to leadership. The role also involves staying current with AI trends, mentoring team members, and ensuring that AI solutions are ethical, secure, and aligned with organizational standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Science and Machine Learning for designing, training, and deploying AI models.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience with Analytics for interpreting complex data and generating actionable insights.Candidates should possess expertise in Data Mining for extracting, cleaning, and structuring data from various sources.Experience leading AI or data-focused projects, including project planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools (such as Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks).Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in the training, education, or professional development sector is an advantage.
