The organization is committed to continuous improvement, high-quality training, and meeting client needs in a professional and impactful way.Role Description The Manager of Artificial Intelligence will lead the design, development, and implementation of AI strategies and solutions that support Proleaders’ training and educational services. This full-time, on-site role in Giza involves overseeing AI-driven projects, including data analysis, predictive modeling, and intelligent systems that enhance learning experiences and operational efficiency. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can optimize training programs, personalize learner journeys, and improve decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include managing AI and data science workflows, guiding the selection of tools and platforms, ensuring data quality and governance, and monitoring AI performance metrics. The role also involves mentoring team members, staying current with AI and machine learning advancements, and presenting insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear and accessible manner.Qualifications Strong foundation in Data Science and Data Mining, with the ability to design and implement data-driven solutions.Advanced Machine Learning and Analytics skills for building, evaluating, and deploying predictive and prescriptive models.Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting complex datasets, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights.Experience leading AI or data-focused teams and projects, preferably in education, training, or related sectors.Proficiency with common data science and machine learning tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, relevant ML frameworks).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work on-site in Giza, collaborate effectively across disciplines, and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.Familiarity with learning technologies, educational platforms, or LMS solutions is an advantage.
