This newly created leadership role was established to support continued program expansion and increasing demand for advanced diagnostic and therapeutic services.As Manager of Imaging for nuclear medicine, you will have the opportunity to influence service line strategy, physician engagement, clinical innovation, and operational excellence while building one of the premier Nuclear Medicine and Theranostics programs in the western United States.Why This Role Is DifferentThis is more than a department management position. You will be a key architect in the growth of precision medicine at Renown, helping expand PET imaging capabilities, advance theranostic treatment programs, evaluate emerging radiopharmaceutical therapies, and strengthen regional access to cutting-edge nuclear medicine services.Working closely with executive leadership, physicians, oncology leaders, medical physicists, pharmacy teams, and imaging specialists, you will help define what the future of Nuclear Medicine looks like for our health system and the patients we serve.What You'll LeadStrategic growth and expansion of Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, and Theranostics services.Operational excellence, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.Program development and implementation of new technologies and therapies.Physician engagement and referral relationship growth.Budget planning, capital acquisition, staffing, and workforce development.Recruitment, mentoring, and retention of top imaging talent.Cross-functional collaboration across Imaging, Oncology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Physics, and physician practices.Preferred ExperienceWe are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine leader with a proven ability to grow programs and drive results.Ideal candidates will bring:Nuclear Medicine leadership experience.CNMT or equivalent advanced Nuclear Medicine certification.Strong PET/CT operational and clinical expertise.Experience with radiopharmaceutical therapy and/or Theranostics programs.Demonstrated success expanding volumes, services, or imaging programs.Experience developing physician relationships and referral networks.Strong knowledge of radiation safety, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.Experience managing staffing models, productivity, budgets, quality initiatives, and capital planning.Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive collaboration across diverse clinical specialties.What Success Looks LikeWithin the first 12-24 months, the successful leader will:Establish and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for Nuclear Medicine, PET, and Theranostics.Increase patient access and maximize PET utilization.Expand theranostic treatment offerings and treatment volumes.Strengthen relationships with referring physicians and oncology partners.Build a sustainable technologist recruitment and workforce pipeline.Evaluate and implement emerging tracers, therapies, and technologies.Reduce unnecessary patient outmigration by expanding local access to advanced services.Deliver measurable improvements in clinical outcomes, operational performance, patient experience, and financial growth.Join Renown HealthIf you are a visionary Nuclear Medicine leader who wants to build programs, influence strategy, advance theranostics, and leave a lasting legacy in precision medicine, we invite you to explore this exceptional leadership opportunity.Join us in shaping the future of Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, and Theranostics at Renown Health.
