Manager - Operational Readiness

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Manager - Operational Readiness to ensure successful operational launches of our projects within the entertainment and leisure sector. This role is critical in coordinating cross-functional readiness activities, assessing operational capabilities, and driving process improvements to guarantee seamless project openings and optimal guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of operational readiness plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project timelinesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify operational requirements and address gaps before project launchConduct readiness assessments, risk analysis, and mitigation planning to ensure preparedness of all operational unitsDesign and implement training programs to prepare staff for operational roles and service excellenceEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and post-launch performanceDrive continuous improvement by analyzing operational processes and recommending enhancementsChampion guest-centric operational strategies to enhance visitor satisfactionRequirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in operational readiness, operations management, or related roles, preferably in entertainment or hospitality sectors Strong project and stakeholder management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams Proven experience in risk identification and mitigation within operational contexts Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience designing and delivering staff training programs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business environment and culture is preferredBenefitsComprehensive benefits package
