Location: Abu DhabiExperience: 8+ YearsExperienceMinimum 8 years in research partnerships, industry engagement, academic collaboration, technology transfer or institutional advancement, including at least three years owning senior partner relationships end to end, preferably in a university or research environment.Bachelor s degree required and master s preferred, in engineering, a science discipline, business administration, international relations or a related field.

An equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant experience will be considered.Working knowledge of research collaboration instruments and the commercial and legal terms inside them, including memoranda of understanding, master research agreements, intellectual property, publication rights, confidentiality, data handling and cost sharing.Experience working alongside technical faculty and research leaders, and the ability to understand and represent engineering.Experience operating a partnership pipeline in a CRM or partnership tracking system, and reporting portfolio performance to institutional leadership.Experience in a research-intensive university, research institute, technology transfer office, or the research and innovation function of a large corporate, is strongly preferred
