A leading Abu Dhabi based diversified group of companies is seeking an experienced Performance Management Manager to join its People & Culture function. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing the organization's performance management framework across multiple business units. The successful candidate will drive the end-to-end performance management cycle, ensuring strategic objectives are effectively translated into measurable goals, performance accountability is embedded across the organization, and a high-performance culture is consistently reinforced.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement a comprehensive performance management framework from the ground up.Develop performance management policies, procedures, governance frameworks, rating methodologies, templates, and annual operating calendars.Align performance management processes with organizational strategy, culture, and business objectives.Ensure effective cascading of goals from corporate level to business units, departments, teams, and individuals.Drive consistency, fairness, and transparency across all performance processes.Manage the complete annual performance management cycle, including Goal setting and approvals, KPI development and cascading, Continuous performance reviews and check-ins, Mid-year and year-end performance reviews, Calibration sessions, Employee appeals process, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and Performance reporting and analytics.Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to strengthen organizational performance.Facilitate performance calibration discussions and governance committees.Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance-related matters.Monitor framework effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.10 years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Management, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.Proven experience managing the full performance management lifecycle within a large and complex organization.Experience developing or enhancing performance management frameworks and KPI methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively across various teams.Proficiency in performance management software and tools.Experience in a multinational organization.
