Lead Procurement Contract & Value ManagementAs Lead Contract Manager & Value Management, you will lead a professional procurement team and give direction to strategic contract management that genuinely contributes to a fair future.What will you do?You are the driving force behind a contract management team that looks beyond price and quality. From the Procurement department, you will lead the Lead Contract Management team and translate strategy into concrete, sustainable procurement solutions. You connect people, policy, and societal impact within a dynamic financial environment.Your responsibilities:You develop and evaluate procurement policy and frameworks and actively contribute to their implementation within the organizationYou make a strategic contribution to the procurement strategy and translate this into tactical goals for the teamYou lead your team, coach employees, encourage ownership, and ensure continuous professional developmentYou advise, influence, and build support among complex stakeholders at management and executive levelYou steer integrally on budget, risk, and compliance within the contract management domain, including compliance with relevant laws and regulationsWhere you will workYou will be part of the Procurement department, which falls under the CFO and consists of more than 30 colleagues. Collaboration is open, results-driven, and guided by a shared sense of social responsibility. You report to the Director Procurement and work closely with the Center of Excellence and the buyer team.You also have:University (WO) work and thinking level with at least 10 years of relevant leadership experience within the Procurement or Contract Management domainExtensive experience in the financial sector or a comparable regulated environment, with demonstrable knowledge of laws and regulations such as DORA/EBADemonstrable experience developing and implementing procurement policy and risk management within a complex organizationKnowledge of and affinity with sustainability, with the ability to translate this into concrete and applicable contract policyStrong stakeholder management skills at management and executive level, with the ability to bridge conflicting interests
