Medical, dental, and vision insurance availableReports To: Controller, with regular interaction with the CFO and COOPosition OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Procurement Manager to help build and formalize the procurement function for a growing multi-location hospitality organization.This role will focus on analyzing purchasing activity, evaluating vendor relationships, identifying consolidation opportunities, negotiating contracts and terms, and creating a more scalable procurement approach as the organization continues to grow.The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, organizing ambiguous information, developing recommendations, and executing directly with vendors and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze purchasing, vendor, and contract data across multiple locationsIdentify duplicate, overlapping, or inefficient vendor relationshipsLead vendor rationalization and supplier consolidation effortsNegotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and service agreementsEvaluate food, beverage, and other operational purchasing categoriesReview vendor networks, delivery structures, and purchasing practicesDevelop data-backed procurement recommendationsPartner directly with vendors to execute sourcing and negotiation strategiesEstablish procurement priorities, processes, and reportingCollaborate with Finance, Operations, and senior leadershipRequired Qualifications7+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or related experienceExperience managing supplier relationships and contract negotiationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret purchasing dataExperience identifying cost-saving, consolidation, or vendor optimization opportunitiesStrong communication and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with Excel and business systems used for purchasing, finance, or APPreferred QualificationsExperience in hospitality, food and beverage, events, restaurants, or another multi-location operating environmentExperience with multi-unit procurement or distributed vendor networksFamiliarity with systems such as Sage, Ramp, ERP platforms, or purchasing toolsExperience building or improving procurement processes in a growing organizationWhat Success Looks LikeEarly priorities will include understanding current purchasing activity, reviewing vendor and contract relationships, identifying consolidation opportunities, and creating a prioritized list of procurement initiatives.This role is well suited for someone who enjoys combining analysis, vendor strategy, negotiation, and execution in a high-autonomy environment.LNESC
