The Manager - Procurement Compliance Audit at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for leading procurement compliance audits to ensure that all sourcing and purchasing activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practices. This role involves planning, executing, and reporting on audits, as well as collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address any compliance issues identified. The Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of procurement operations and mitigating risks.Key Responsibilities:Plan and conduct comprehensive procurement compliance audits across various departments and projectsIdentify compliance gaps, risks, and control weaknesses, and recommend practical solutionsCollaborate with procurement teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of corrective actionsPrepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior managementMonitor trends in procurement compliance and propose continuous improvement initiativesSupport development and delivery of training programs related to procurement compliance and audit awarenessMaintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practicesRequirements8+ years of experience in procurement compliance, audit, or related fields, preferably within large projects or organizationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplineRelevant professional certifications such as CIPS, CIA, or equivalent are highly desirableStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teamsFluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantageFamiliarity with Saudi Arabia's regulatory environment and procurement practices is preferredBenefitsComprehensive benefits package
