Job PurposeThe Manager - Procurement (Overseas & JVs) is responsible for aligning overseas entities and joint ventures with BEEAH Group’s procurement framework, policies, governance standards, and technology platforms. The role supports international expansion, new ventures, asset procurement, and special projects by ensuring compliant, efficient, and value-driven procurement practices across multiple geographies. AccountabilitiesAlign overseas entities and joint ventures with BEEAH Group procurement policies, governance, systems, and compliance requirements.Lead procurement support for new ventures, JV setup, international projects, asset procurement, and special initiatives.Drive strategic sourcing, supplier benchmarking, cost optimization, and preferred supplier development across international operations.Act as the main procurement interface between Central Procurement, overseas entities, JV partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Monitor procurement compliance, maintain registers, support audits, and track market, regulatory, and supplier developments.Build procurement capability through guidance, process improvement, training coordination, and support to overseas teams.Ensure adherence to HSE, delegation of authority, ethics, and Group governance standards.Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field is required.MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or International Business is desirable.Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, including international procurement, global sourcing, multi-geography operations, and asset procurement for projects.Experience in GCC, Africa, or Asia-Pacific procurement environments, JV governance, integration, or international market operations is preferred.CIPS qualification or equivalent professional certification is desirable.Knowledge & SkillsStrong knowledge of procurement policy, compliance management, delegation of authority, tendering, RFP processes, supplier onboarding, and contract management.Expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, global sourcing, supplier benchmarking, risk management, and due diligence.Ability to manage cross-cultural stakeholder relationships, influence without direct authority, and coordinate effectively with JV partners and international teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and change management skills.Working knowledge of local procurement regulations in key international markets is desirable.
