As a master developer, we invest in sustainable infrastructure, accessibility, community amenities and family-focused facilities including community centres, mosques, schools, supermarkets and landscaping.Our integrated real estate offering also includes a robust land sales portfolio, project management for large-scale projects, as well as top-notch facilities management services.About the job:Lead the delivery of infrastructure, landscaping, and development projects, ensuring successful completion within agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.Manage project execution from planning through handover, coordinating consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project schedules, critical milestones, costs, and risks, implementing corrective actions to maintain delivery objectives.Drive compliance with regulatory requirements and approvals, ensuring projects progress efficiently and in line with applicable standards.Review project performance, progress reports, contractor claims, and commercial matters to support effective decision-making and budget control.Partner with cross-functional teams, including development, procurement, commercial, and operations functions, to ensure seamless project delivery and stakeholder alignment.Oversee quality and site performance, ensuring consultants and contractors meet established standards and contractual obligations.Support successful project closeout and handover, ensuring assets are delivered in line with operational requirements and customer expectations.About you:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.You will be expected to be available on-site across our projects, hence a valid UAE driver's license is also required.We are open to candidates from other industries, however you must have managed construction projects from planning through delivery, including obtaining government authority approvals.Strong project management capability, including budget control, scheduling, risk management, contractor management, and stakeholder coordination.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.Proven analytical and reporting skills with the ability to provide clear project updates and recommendations to leadership teamsAbout the Benefits:At Dubai Holding, we're committed to nurturing the success and well-being of our colleagues.
