Job: Project Finance Manager – Technology

Location: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Banking & Financial ServicesA leading regional bank is seeking a Project Finance Manager to manage financial governance and reporting across its bank-wide technology and transformation projects, working closely with the Head of Technology and the Transformation Office.

Responsibilities

Drive financial reporting for all bank-wide technology projects, including data collation, variance analysis, dashboards and senior management presentations.Review business cases, executive summaries and CapEx proposals to ensure they are financially robust and aligned with internal standards.Manage technology budgets across business functions, and flag cost overruns and under- or non-utilisation to management.Coordinate with Project Managers and Finance to ensure timely capitalisation of projects and accurate recording of fixed assets.Validate GL coding and chargeability in Oracle iProcurement, and close unused LPOs at project closure.Support the Annual CapEx Planning exercise with Technology and Business leads, and maintain SOP and RCSA documentation.Ensure stage-gate compliance under the project financial framework and escalate risks to senior leadership.

Requirements

7–12 years of banking experience managing the financials and reporting of multiple technology projects.Master's in Finance/Accounting, CA or MBA (Finance).Strong understanding of project and programme management and technology projects.Strong analytical skills, and proficiency with financial and project tools (Oracle experience is an advantage).Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluent English.
