Location: [Pakistan — Karachi]Department: Marketing & Investor Relations / Capital FormationReports to: Head of Marketing and Investor Relations / Head of Division, ARM Investments / Director POEmployment type: Full-timeWorking hours: [US, CST]Position SummaryARM Investments is looking for a Manager, Project Management & Investment Analysis to act as execution partner to the Head of Division across capital formation, investor relations, and project delivery. This role owns workstreams, deadlines, and dependencies across ARM's active capital raises — the Sustainable Income Fund, EB-5 Direct, and the ARM Equity Fund — and supports the financial analysis and structuring work behind each. The ideal candidate combines a genuine investment background with real project discipline: fluent enough in fund mechanics and deal terms to contribute to a structuring conversation, and organized enough to drive several workstreams to completion without supervision. This is not a bookkeeping, accounting, or executive assistant role. The right person thinks like an analyst and operates like an operator, and has the judgement to represent the Head of Division's priorities accurately when he is not in the room.Responsibilities•    Own project management across active capital raises, tracking workstreams, deadlines, and dependencies across legal, marketing, and operations.•    Maintain a single source of truth for outstanding decisions, action items, and deliverables across all active workstreams.•    Build and maintain financial models, fund waterfalls, return scenarios, and sensitivities, translating raw deal terms and fund mechanics into clear recommendations.•    Support structuring conversations with quantitative analysis, pressure-testing assumptions and numbers before they reach investors.•    Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and structured summaries ahead of investor and partner meetings.•    Manage information flow between the Head of Division and the broader ARM team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across time zones.•    Coordinate with legal counsel, immigration counsel, and structuring advisors to track open items through to resolution.•    Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in [Salesforce / HubSpot], keeping records, pipeline stages, and notes current without prompting.•    Report status accurately, flagging slippage and risk early rather than at the deadline.•    Take on special projects as the platform grows, including workflow automation and AI implementation across the capital formation function.•    Represent the Head of Division's priorities and standards in his absence, with the judgement to know what needs his direct input and what does not.Required Skills & Qualifications•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with [X]+ years in investment banking, asset management, private equity, or a family office.•    CFA Level 1 or 2 minimum, actively pursuing or holding Level 3 preferred. This is a genuine investment background requirement, not a nice-to-have.•    Demonstrated financial analysis and modelling ability: advanced Excel, fund waterfalls, IRR and equity multiple mechanics, and scenario and sensitivity analysis (must-have).•    Real exposure to deal structuring, with the fluency to follow and contribute to a structuring conversation rather than only document it.•    Strong project management ability across multiple simultaneous workstreams, with hands-on experience in [Asana / Jira / Monday / MS Project] or comparable.•    Hands-on daily CRM discipline in Salesforce, HubSpot, or a comparable platform.•    Excellent written and verbal English, able to draft clean, precise communications on the Head of Division's behalf.•    High discretion. This role sees sensitive deal terms, investor information, and internal strategy before anyone else does.•    Ability to work across US and Pakistan time zones.Nice to Have•    CFA charter holder, or Level 3 passed.•    Exposure to fund structuring and fund documentation — private placement memoranda, subscription agreements, and partnership agreements.•    Appetite for special projects such as AI implementation, process automation, and internal tooling.•    PMP, PRINCE2, or a comparable project management certification.•    Exposure to Regulation D private placements or EB-5 structures.Core Competencies•    Financial fluency and numerical rigor•    End-to-end ownership of workstreams•    Structuring and analytical judgement•    Analyst thinking with operator execution•    Discretion with sensitive information•    Precision in written communication•    Proactive follow-through without prompting•    Prioritization under competing deadlines•    Cross-time-zone collaboration (US–Pakistan)What We Offer•    Market Competitive salary•    Health coverage / medical benefits•    Direct exposure to live fund structuring and investor-facing work alongside a partner-level principal
