Candidates should have relevant experience working with senior leadership and managing strategic business portfolios.Candidates whose experience is primarily in Technical/IT Project Management, Software Development Projects, Construction Project Management, Engineering Projects, or Infrastructure Project Management may not be suitable for this position.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced PMO Manager to support the Sr. Director, Commercial Finance & Actuarial in managing and driving strategic initiatives across Commercial Finance, Actuarial, and Data Analytics.The role will act as a key coordination point across multiple functions, ensuring projects stay on track, risks and dependencies are managed, and senior leadership has clear and timely visibility of progress.This is a strategic PMO role combining portfolio management, executive support, stakeholder coordination, and special projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and track strategic initiatives across Finance, Actuarial, Data Analytics, and related functions.Maintain project dashboards, trackers, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action plans.Conduct regular project and portfolio reviews and follow up with stakeholders on deliverables.Identify delays, risks, and blockers and escalate them proactively.Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, briefing materials, and updates for senior leadership.Support the Sr. Director with strategic analysis, recommendations, and decision-making materials.Coordinate with Finance, Actuarial, Financial Control, Strategy, Planning, Investor Relations, and other stakeholders.Ensure regulatory and reporting requirements are tracked and completed within agreed timelines.Identify process gaps and support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead high-priority and ad hoc strategic projects, including M&A support and operating model initiatives.Represent the Sr. Director in selected meetings and ensure effective follow-up on agreed actions.Requirements8–12 years of experience in PMO, Strategy, Chief of Staff, Management Consulting, Program Management, or a similar role.Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or portfolios.Strong experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong ability to influence and drive accountability without direct reporting authority.Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.Strong knowledge of Power BI and project tracking tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.MBA, PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is an advantage.Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Technology, Consulting, or other regulated industries is preferred.Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.Key SkillsPMO | Portfolio Management | Program Management | Strategy | Executive Reporting | Stakeholder Management | Project Governance | Business Transformation | Power BI | Excel | PowerPoint | Strategic Planning
