Manager – Real Estate FP&A

Hays are partnered with a leading investment company in the UAE and they are hiring for a Manager – Real Estate FP&A to join their Finance team, reporting to the Project Director.You'll lead feasibility studies, project cash flow modelling, and investment appraisal (IRR/NPV) across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments — with strong exposure to RERA/escrow compliance, off-plan sales structures, and Board-level reporting.Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting + ACCA/CPA/CA/CFA/CAIA (or equivalent) 5+ years' experience in Real Estate Investments, Real Estate FP&A, or project finance on RE developments within the UAE/GCC Must have strong exposure working for or with a real estate development company Strong RERA & escrow knowledge, advanced Excel modelling, solid IRR/NPV/DCF skills Confident building Board decks and presentationsJoin a high-calibre team with a competitive salary and excellent benefits on offer.If this sounds like you, get in touch or send your CV directly.
