Manager - Refinery

Job Details:Job location – Sharjah, UAE (On-site)Salary up to 12,000-18,000Position: Refinery ManagerResponsibilitiesOversee refinery operations and ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production performance.Manage daily production activities, monitor operational targets, and optimize plant performance.Supervise and control distillation processes, ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.Lead operations teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure effective workforce management.Ensure compliance with HSE standards, safety procedures, environmental requirements, and regulatory policies.Develop and implement safety initiatives, risk assessments, and continuous improvement programs.Monitor equipment performance, identify operational issues, and coordinate corrective actions.Prepare operational reports, analyze production data, and support strategic improvement plans.Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and support teams to ensure smooth refinery operations.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or Petrochemical Engineering.Minimum 14 years of relevant refinery/petrochemical operations experience.Strong background in refinery operations, production monitoring, distillation processes, and HSE management.Proven experience in supervising production teams and achieving operational targets.Good knowledge of safety standards, process optimization, and regulatory compliance
