قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجMobco Group is seeking an experienced Risk Management Manager to lead the identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of project risks across large-scale construction and mega projects. The role is critical in ensuring proactive risk control to safeguard project objectives related to cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contractual obligations.The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in construction risk management or project controls, particularly within mega construction projects. The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, deep understanding of construction methodologies, and proven experience in managing complex project environments.Key ResponsibilitiesRisk Identification & Register DevelopmentIdentify project risks across all phases including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.Develop and maintain a comprehensive project risk register.Categorize risks into technical, commercial, contractual, operational, safety, and external risks.Conduct regular risk workshops with project stakeholders and discipline engineers.Risk Analysis & EvaluationPerform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.Evaluate probability and impact of risks on cost, schedule, and quality.Conduct schedule risk analysis and identify critical risk drivers.Support Monte Carlo simulations and advanced risk modeling when required.Risk Mitigation & ControlDevelop mitigation and contingency plans for identified risks.Coordinate with planning, cost control, and engineering teams to implement mitigation actions.Track effectiveness of risk response actions.Escalate high-impact risks to senior management with recommended solutions.Project Controls IntegrationIntegrate risk management processes with project planning and cost control functions.Work closely with Planning Managers to assess schedule impact of risks.Coordinate with Cost Control Managers to evaluate financial exposure.Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and project forecasting activities.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare regular risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.Present risk status updates to project management and client representatives.Maintain documentation for risk audits, compliance, and governance requirements.Contractual & Claims SupportSupport identification of risk-related contractual exposure.Assist in delay analysis and claims preparation (EOT, disruption, etc.).Evaluate risk impact on contractual obligations and project milestones.Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors.Conduct risk review meetings and ensure cross-functional alignment.Communicate critical risks clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline.Minimum 12+ years of experience in construction risk management or project controls.Proven experience in mega construction projects (infrastructure, hospitality, industrial, or large-scale developments).Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycles and execution methodologies.Experience in GCC/Saudi Arabia construction environment preferred.
