About:Alef Group is a pioneer in developing premier lifestyle communities, destinations, and experiences through investment and strategic joint ventures, and is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager -Sales Training to join our team in Sharjah.Job Purpose:The Manager - Sales Training is responsible for building capability and conviction across both Alef's real estate broker network and Alef's internal sales teams, through structured training, project briefings, market education, and behavioral development. The role focuses on enabling brokers and in-house sales professionals to confidently sell Alef's projects by educating them on why Sharjah is a real estate destination, deepening product knowledge, upgrading selling and behavioral skills, and managing the Alef Sales Academy as a continuous enablement platform.Job Accountabilities:Broker & Internal Sales Training and EnablementDesign, deliver, and continuously refine training programs for real estate brokers and Alef's internal sales teams across varying experience levels.Conduct structured induction sessions and refresher trainings for newly onboarded and existing brokers, sales consultants, and business development executives.Ensure brokers and internal sales teams are fully equipped to present Alef's projects accurately, confidently, and compliantly.Project Briefings & Product KnowledgeLead detailed briefings on Alef's latest and upcoming projects, including positioning, target audience, pricing logic, unique selling points, and competitive landscape.Keep training content updated in line with project launches, inventory releases, and pricing or policy changes.Support Business Development Executives and the internal sales team by delivering high-impact project briefings during onboarding, launch, and activation phases.“Why Sharjah” Market EducationEducate brokers and internal sales teams on Sharjah's real estate ecosystem, including ownership laws, investor profiles, lifestyle appeal, and long-term growth drivers.Position Sharjah as a compelling investment and lifestyle destination, aligning with Alef's brand narrative and portfolio.Equip sales audiences with clear talking points to handle buyer objections related to location, regulation, and value proposition.Consistently research and update the presentation on a timely basis.Skills Development & Sales ExcellenceOrganize and deliver sales skills workshops for brokers and internal sales teams covering prospecting, qualifying, needs analysis, presentations, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.Conduct advanced clinics or specialist sessions (e.g., luxury selling, investor conversations, high-net-worth client handling) as required.Coach brokers and internal sales staff on professional conduct, client engagement standards, and conversion best practices.Behavioral & Professional Development (Internal Sales Teams)Design and deliver behavioural training modules for Alef's sales teams covering areas such as communication and listening skills, customer empathy, emotional intelligence, resilience, time and territory management, teamwork and collaboration, ownership and accountability, and business etiquette.Build customer-centric behaviours and a consistent service culture across all client-facing interactions.Deliver targeted interventions for underperformance, attitude, or consistency gaps identified through performance reviews, in coordination with Sales leadership and HR.Support the development of supervisory and team-lead capability, including coaching, feedback, and motivation skills.Alef Sales AcademyManage the Alef Sales Academy as a centralized platform for training, knowledge sharing, and ongoing development of both brokers and internal sales teams.Develop structured learning paths, session calendars, and training modules in coordination with sales and business development teams.Maintain distinct but integrated tracks for broker enablement and internal sales capability, covering product, market, sales skills, and behavioural content.Track attendance, certification, and readiness as part of the activation and performance framework.Ensure the Academy operates as a continuous enablement and activation engine, not a one-time training initiative.Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with Business Development, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations teams to align training content with live sales priorities.Support sales campaigns, broker events, and focused activation drives with tailored training and briefing support.Participate in performance reviews and feedback sessions to identify capability gaps and training needs across brokers and internal teams.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementCollect feedback from brokers, internal sales teams, and stakeholders to improve training relevance and effectiveness.Maintain training records, materials, and performance insights.Recommend enhancements to content, formats, and delivery methods based on outcomes and evolving business needs.Educational Qualification & Certifications: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or equivalent.Work Experience:Must have over 5 years' experience in real estate sales training, sales enablement, or senior sales rolesExperience training real estate brokers and in-house sales teams is strongly preferredExposure to behavioural or soft-skills training design and delivery is an advantageStrong knowledge of the UAE or Sharjah real estate market is a significant advantageSkills required:Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.Deep understanding of real estate sales dynamics and broker behavior.Ability to design and deliver both technical sales and behavioral training content.Ability to simplify complex product and regulatory information.Sales mindset with strong interpersonal influence.Coaching and feedback capability with individuals and teams.Structured, organized, and process-driven approach to training delivery.High credibility with brokers and sales professionals.
