Manager - SAP

Job Title: SAP MM/P2P Experience: 8–12 years Location: Bengaluru Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP P2P Lead to manage and drive our MM/ Procure-to-Pay process landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with premium/tier-1 organizations and bring hands-on exposure to ITSM (IT Service Management) and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) global best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end SAP MM (Logistics) process design, implementation, and support • Act as a functional expert for order management, billing, procurement, and vendor invoice processes • Drive ITSM-aligned incident, problem, and change management practices for SAP support • Manage AMC engagements ensuring SLA adherence and global best practice standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, IT) to optimize business processes • Support process governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives • Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams Requirements: • 8–12 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on OTC and P2P modules • Prior experience with premium/tier-1 clients or consulting firms • Solid understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL preferred) • Experience managing AMC/support contracts using global best practices • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
