About the RoleThe role will be responsible for the design, operation, and technical support of SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions along with working closely with the leadership to identify and execute system and process initiatives that align with organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesAccountable for the timely implementation of SuccessFactors, including Goal Management, Performance Management, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules.Configured and defined enterprise structures by establishing a personnel area.Developed innovative strategies for implementing and configuring SuccessFactors solutions.Managed the configuration of attendance and leave management systems.Configured and modified the enterprise structure and company codes.Oversaw third-party resource design, build, and validation phases to deliver the required success factors and functional capabilities.Responsible for SuccessFactors system administration functions, including user administration and security, and role-based permissions.Qualifications03 end-to-end SuccessFactors full life cycle implementation.5 years of SuccessFactors working experience.Project Management Skills.MBA / Bachelor's Computer Science.
