Manager or Senior Manager, M&A Corporate Finance (Corporate HQ)Our client is an established International MNC with Corporate HQ based in Singapore. In view of continued international business expansion and growth opportunities, an opportunity has arisen for a new headcount as Manager or Senior Manager, M&A Corporate Finance.A highly experienced talent with minimally 5 - 7 years of core end to end corporate finance, M&A, financial modelling and valuations investment analysis experience, you will report directly into the Head of M&A Corporate Finance. Success in the role will depend on ability to deliver well-thought-out advice and recommendations to management on opportunities, including strategic rationale, valuation, and risks.The key responsibilities will include:qualitative and quantitative analyses, demonstrate sound judgment in developing financial models and ability to assess the reasonableness of the drivers and trends by performing extensive search on industry benchmarks and market informationrobust analyses and research on market trends – including market sizing, firm positioning, financial and operational benchmarking, and broad sectorcompetitive intelligence to understand businesses’ positioning and opportunities in the market, then presenting such findings to managementvarious valuation techniques such as DCF, comps (trading and transaction), WACC, etc., including identification of appropriate comparable companies or transactionsdue diligence processProficiency and an intuitive understanding of multiple business drivers, key value creation levers, and other quantitative metrics that support a full financial model. Ability to put together a valuation / financial model from scratchManage engagement with top managementKey Skillsets and Requirements:Minimum 5 - 7 years’ corporate finance, corporate/business development, M&A rolePreference for candidates from large corporates, and/or investment banks / Big 4 transaction services (ie. valuations / modelling or corporate finance segments)Well-developed and hands on valuation financial modelling techniques, and financial analysis expertise including cash flow modelling skillsProficiency and an intuitive understanding of multiple business drivers, key value creation levers, and other quantitative metrics that support a full financial modelAbility to process and critically evaluate business models from both strategic investor’s perspectivesAbility to take ownership for delivering projects with a high degree of autonomyExcellent time management skills and demonstrated record of working on a number of projects simultaneouslyCollaborative hands-on working style, focused on achievementsAdaptable, tenacious, self-starter and self-reliantOnly successful candidates will be notified.For interested applicants, kindly send your updated resume to Claire Chua at Clairec@charterhouse.com.sg thank you.EA License No: 16S8066 | Registration No. R1108933
