Find Opportunity everywhere with KPMG.We are looking for an experienced and strategic Microsoft Dynamics (D365 BC and/or F&O) ERP Manager/Senior Manager for our Technology & Transformation Team to lead transformation initiatives, business analysis activities, process optimization programs and project implementations across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate combines strong consulting capabilities with hands-on expertise and a deep understanding of finance & operations processes and systems functionality.This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs, design customer-centric solutions, and drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and scalable transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end ERP and business transformation projects across multiple business units and customer touchpoints. Analyze existing operational processes and service models to identify improvement opportunities. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process maps, and implementation roadmaps. Support ERP implementation and optimization initiatives, including process redesign and customer functional enhancements. Drive process improvement initiatives using data analysis, customer insights, and service design methodologies. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on Business Application transformation, operational effectiveness, and digital enablement.Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Application Consulting, Digital Transformation, or related roles. Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation or ERP implementation projects. Strong understanding of business processes, systems realization, and service design principles. Experience working with business process owners and transformation optimization initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
