This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing industry-ready talent, strengthening technical education standards, and driving workforce development across Pakistan's rapidly growing solar energy sector.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical training, vocational education, certification management, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build impactful partnerships across public and private sector organizations.Key Responsibilities Training & Curriculum DevelopmentDesign, develop, and implement industry-aligned solar and technical training programs.Review and enhance curricula to ensure compliance with industry requirements and international best practices.Identify emerging skill gaps and develop workforce solutions to address market demands.Certification & Quality AssuranceLead certification and accreditation initiatives for technical training programs.Develop assessment frameworks and ensure compliance with national and international certification standards.Monitor training quality, learner outcomes, and certification success rates.Stakeholder & Partnership ManagementEstablish and maintain strategic relationships with TEVTA, NAVTTC, PVTI, universities, technical institutes, government agencies, and industry partners.Coordinate with key stakeholders to expand training opportunities and workforce development initiatives.Represent the Association at meetings, conferences, workshops, and industry forums.Program & Team ManagementOversee trainers, instructors, assessors, and external training partners.Develop training schedules, budgets, project plans, and operational strategies.Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure timely delivery of all training and certification projects.Qualifications & Experience EducationBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Technical Education, Human Resource Development, or a related field.Master's Degree will be considered an added advantage.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:Technical & Vocational Education and Training (TVET)Workforce Development ProgramsSolar Energy or Renewable Energy TrainingCertification, Accreditation, and Skills Development ProgramsRequired SkillsStrong expertise in curriculum design and training program development.Experience managing certification frameworks and quality assurance processes.Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation abilities.Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with TEVTA, NAVTTC, PVTI, SBPTE, or similar organizations.Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and solar industry standards.Understanding of accreditation, certification, and skills development frameworks.Experience collaborating with government institutions, NGOs, and private sector partners.Why Join Pakistan Solar Association?Lead national-level workforce development initiatives.Contribute to the growth of Pakistan's renewable energy sector.Collaborate with leading technical institutions and industry experts.Opportunity to build and scale impactful training and certification programs.Competitive career growth in a high-impact leadership role.
