Solar Operations & Maintenance ManagerLocation: Dubai, UAEDepartment: OperationsIndustry: Solar Energy / Renewable EnergyShare CV's : career@technocorn.aeRole OverviewWe are looking for a Solar O&M Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Solar O&M team, ensuring efficient manpower utilization, timely site activities, high-quality service delivery, and strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day activities of the Solar O&M team and ensure smooth execution of operations.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly site schedules and manpower deployment plans.Monitor team productivity, performance, attendance and work quality.Optimize manpower and resources to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.Communicate regularly with clients and address operational issues and concerns.Develop and implement HSE plans, safety procedures and toolbox talks.Ensure employees have proper PPE, tools, equipment and safe working conditions.Focus on employee well-being, team engagement and improving working conditions.Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.Prepare operational reports and track key O&M KPIs.Work closely with the monitoring and engineering teams to improve overall plant performance and service delivery.RequirementsBachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy or related field.5+ years of experience in Solar O&M, preferably with supervisory/managerial experience.Experience managing field teams and multiple solar sites.Good understanding of Solar PV O&M and HSE practices.Strong manpower planning, communication and problem-solving skills.Good client management and team leadership abilities.UAE/GCC solar O&M experience will be an advantage.Key Focus AreasTeam Management | Site Planning | Productivity | HSE | Employee Well-being | Client Management | Operational Efficiency | Continuous Improvement
