About the JobThe Spa and Recreation Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the spa and recreation operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The role oversees the daily operations of the spa, fitness center, swimming pools, beach (if applicable), and other recreational facilities while leading the team to deliver high standards of service, health, and safety, and brand compliance.About YouMinimum 5 years of experience in Spa and Recreation operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a luxury hotel or resort. Experience managing spa, fitness, pool, beach, and recreation operations. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of spa operations, wellness trends, and recreation management. Financial planning, budgeting, and cost control expertise. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
