At HYBE, we believe in the power of music and foster a culture built on Passion, Autonomy, and Trust.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven Manager / Sr. Manager of Artist Operations to lead the execution and coordination of activities for a global music group. This role is focused on operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and end-to-end project delivery across a fast-paced, high-volume environment.You will partner closely with internal teams including label, production, marketing, touring, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of schedules, projects, and initiatives. This role emphasizes structured planning, process optimization, and stakeholder management rather than direct artist representation.You will also lead and mentor a team of coordinators and assistants, building scalable systems and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all activities.This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Santa Monica office and studio space. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the greater Los Angeles area at their own expense prior to their start date — we are not offering relocation assistance for this role, though it may be considered on a case-by-case basis for select candidates.The role requires extensive travel, including significant time on the road for tours and other commitments supporting the artist group.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Planning & SchedulingOwn and manage complex, high-volume schedules across projects, campaigns, and eventsBuild and optimize scheduling systems to improve efficiency, visibility, and cross-team alignmentEnsure priorities are clearly defined and resources are allocated effectivelyAnticipate conflicts and proactively adjust plans to maintain continuityCross-functional Program ManagementServe as the central point of coordination across departments (label, touring, PR, production, brand, etc.)Intake, prioritize, and align requests across stakeholders to ensure efficient executionEstablish clear communication channels, timelines, and expectations across teamsIdentify risks and resolve conflicts to keep initiatives on trackProject Management & ExecutionLead end-to-end execution of key initiatives (e.g., releases, campaigns, tours, content production)Define project plans, timelines, dependencies, and success metricsTrack deliverables and ensure accountability across multiple concurrent projectsImplement and maintain documentation, workflows, and scalable operational processesTeam Leadership & Operations ScalingManage and mentor Operations Assistants, driving high performance and consistencyDevelop best practices, playbooks, and training materials to standardize executionBuild scalable support structures to meet growing operational demandsFoster a culture of accountability, organization, and continuous improvementLogistics & Execution ManagementOversee complex logistics including travel, production coordination, and on-site executionEnsure seamless execution across domestic and international activitiesTroubleshoot real-time operational challenges in high-pressure environmentsQualifications8+ years of experience in operations, project management, or program management within music, entertainment, live events, or similarly fast-paced, global industriesRequired: Significant on-the-road experience supporting artist operations, touring, and live productions across North America, South America, Asia, and/or EuropeProven track record of managing complex logistics and operations in live, touring, or high-pressure, real-time environmentsStrong operational mindset with the ability to design, implement, and optimize processes, workflows, and systemsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneouslyExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationStrong adaptability and comfort operating in fast-changing, on-the-ground environments while travelingExperience working across global teams, with an understanding of cultural nuance and international operationsWillingness and ability to travel extensively, including long-term and international travel as part of touring commitmentsIt’s a bonus if you have Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguityInterest in and awareness of emerging trends within entertainment and mediaExperience managing distributed teams and/or international projectsMultilingual proficiency (e.g., Korean, Spanish, Japanese, and/or Portuguese)Don't match every skill listed?
