Store Manager – Riyadh We are supporting a leading service provider in Riyadh in the search for an experienced Store Manager to oversee food and non-food Stores operations within the In-Flight Catering segment.The role will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, compliance, and uninterrupted catering support.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee end-to-end Stores operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.Maintain inventory accuracy through robust controls, stock counts, and real-time transaction recording.Implement effective storage practices aligned with FEFO and LIFO principles.Coordinate demand forecasting, replenishment, and stock planning with relevant departments.Monitor stock levels, supplier lead times, and operational requirements to ensure timely availability.Manage non-moving, slow-moving, near-expiry, damaged, and unavailable items.Ensure proper documentation and closure of invoices, rejections, returns, and inventory transactions.Drive continuous improvement, cost control, manpower planning, and operational excellence across Stores operations.Ideal Profile:Candidates with strong experience in Stores/Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Supply Chain, or In-Flight Catering, with proven leadership experience in a high-volume operational environment.
