Apply & track with Apply EdgeHas responsibility for supply chain strategy for customers within their market and drives the initiatives with sites to support customer and Celestica requirements.Supports the SCM portion for the customer QBRs and with senior management at key/strategic suppliers, escalations and driving KPI improvement initiatives.Supports the team to ensure contractual claims for SCM related costs are recovered (e.g. E&O claims, premium for shortage management, NRE) and follow up escalations with customers for resolutions.Collaborates with customers on proposals, expedites and premiums and manages risks/liabilities for CLS, and provides guidance to ensure capacity is installed as needed.Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers.Provides leadership in the analysis of cost customer bids or quarterly BOM Costing exercises for global customers.\Provides support to Commodity Management teams on contract negotiations.Knowledge/Skills/CompetenciesPhysical DemandsDuties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.Duties of this position require continuous light physical effort and exertion including prolonged repetitive motion, standing, sitting in a confined work space.Typical Experience10+ years of experienceTypical EducationNotesThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities of the position.
