Location: GurugramWork arrangement: On-siteExperience: 4–7 yearsReporting to: Chief Business OfficerAbout the RoleFlixStock is looking for a strategy and business operations professional to work closely with the Chief Business Officer.

The role will support enterprise growth by strengthening business visibility, enabling data-backed decision-making and driving disciplined execution across leadership priorities.This is a hands-on individual-contributor role requiring strong commercial understanding, analytical rigour and the ability to coordinate effectively across functions.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor enterprise pipeline, revenue forecasts, strategic accounts, client commitments and associated business risks.Translate leadership priorities into structured action plans with clear ownership, timelines and measurable outcomes.Drive weekly and monthly business reviews, management dashboards and performance reporting.Prepare decision notes, analytical reports and presentations for leadership discussions.Lead selected strategic and cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and closure.Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, HR and other stakeholders to resolve business dependencies.Identify commercial opportunities, operational bottlenecks and matters requiring leadership intervention.Conduct customer, market and competitive analysis to support business planning.Maintain appropriate confidentiality while handling commercially sensitive and organisational information.Required Experience and Capabilities4–7 years of relevant experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, commercial excellence or strategic program management.Relevant exposure to enterprise sales, B2B SaaS, technology or a high-growth business environment.Understanding of CRM, sales pipelines, forecasting and business-performance metrics.Strong analytical, problem-solving and program-management capabilities.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to CRM and business-intelligence tools is preferred.Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across functions without direct reporting authority.High ownership, sound judgement, attention to detail and comfort working in a dynamic environment.MBA or an equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred but not mandatory.Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, capabilities and overall fit for the role.Interested candidates may apply through LinkedIn with an updated résumé.FlixStock is an equal-opportunity employer.
