This individual will partner closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact transformation efforts across key business functions, helping to shape the company’s next phase of growth and operational excellence. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and change leadership, along with the ability to influence across a complex, fast-paced organization.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Strategy ExecutionTranslate corporate strategy into actionable initiatives and roadmaps across business unitsLead cross-functional transformation programs aligned to post-IPO growth prioritiesIdentify value creation opportunities and drive measurable business outcomesTransformation LeadershipManage and execute large-scale, enterprise transformation initiatives spanning Marketing, Merchandising, and PharmacyEstablish and monitor KPIs, milestones, and value realization frameworksEnsure alignment across stakeholders and maintain momentum in a dynamic environmentProject & Program ManagementApply best-in-class enterprise project management practices to oversee multiple concurrent initiativesDevelop detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time deliveryCoordinate cross-functional teams and external partners where applicableChange ManagementDesign and implement structured change management strategies to support adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of workingPartner with leadership to reinforce cultural and behavioral shifts required for transformationDevelop communication plans that clearly articulate vision, progress, and impactExecutive Communication & InfluencePrepare and deliver clear, concise updates and recommendations to senior executives and board-level stakeholdersBuild strong relationships across functions to influence decision-making without direct authorityFacilitate alignment and resolve competing priorities across leadership teamsQualificationsExperience5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, or corporate development, preferably within retail, healthcare, or consumer industriesProven track record leading enterprise-level transformation or strategic initiativesExperience in post-IPO or high-growth environments is strongly preferredSkills & CapabilitiesStrong enterprise project management expertise (e.g., PMO frameworks, governance, risk management)Deep understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)Exceptional communication skills, including executive storytelling and presentation developmentSuperior influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teamsAnalytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insightsLeadership AttributesStrategic thinker with strong business acumenHighly collaborative with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organizationResults-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityAdaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environmentEducationBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferredQualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.Salary Range: $117,400.00 - $194,400.00Hourly or Salary Range will be reflected above.
