Manager – Strategy Implementation

We are partnering with a leading diversified private business group to hire an experienced Manager – Strategic Execution. This is a unique opportunity for a highly analytical and execution-focused professional to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in driving strategic priorities across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and track strategic initiatives, milestones, and key business priorities.Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure accountability for deliverables.Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, reports, and briefing materials.Support governance forums, leadership meetings, and strategic review sessions.Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution.Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to support decision-making.Collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions to ensure effective execution of strategic objectives.Ideal CandidateBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.5 - 8 years of experience in strategy execution, transformation, project/programme management, management consulting, business performance, or an executive/CEO office environment.Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities.Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create executive-ready reports and presentations.Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and follow up effectively across multiple stakeholders.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.If you are interested in exploring this opportunity, please apply.
